Not a bad little place to stay. Yes it's an old building and has its quirky bits, however the room I had was nice and bed very comfy indeed. Breakfast is OK you can have a basic full English, toast, cereal so you get your monies worth. The staff are fantastic very friendly and helpful especially when I had to rearrange my travel journey as my train got cancelled. Nice bar and pool table too.

Loved this hotel! David was quite entertaining with his apron! Room was comfy, bed was comfy! Added bonuses were pub in the first floor, help up with luggage, and little ducks on the towels. Highly recommend!

Very dirty. Staff were lovely but the owner is an absolute nark. He is extremely rude, unable to cook a simple breakfast. Avoid if you have ever stayed anywhere nice. 120 sterling per night. Has potential as a 2 star and a fair price for it is 65 midweek.

Glendower met our expectations and more. Everyone was friendly from the staff to the pub goers. The breakfast was very well done. Would look forward to staying here again! Comfortable

Staff were amazing, room was piss poor, location is great. As for breakfast , it was just enough to fill the belly of a baby squirrel, and the sausage was that uncooked a good vet could have bought it back to life.
