Food was poor - cold, late and not very nice Bar staff rude and unhelpful, seemed offended by the presence of customers. Manager repeatedly trying to be funny but was just a bit aggressive and off. Would strongly suggest going elsewhere
The dye-job behind the bar was unbelievably unpleasant. Had a right chip on their shoulder when serving, and made it quite apparent to the rest of pub when tidying up or restocking glasses. To add to it drinks are overpriced even for London.
Great service and atmosphere. I would say that there isn't much selection of beer, but they have their kind of own in-house beer (which is a great pint) so you still get to try something new. Went on a Saturday night so a bit chaotic and couldn't get a seat, but it looked as though there were a couple cosy spots to sit. £6 a pint which isn't bad for central.
Proper old fashioned London pub. Enjoyed a great pint and chilled for a while. Just what was needed during a busy day in Town.
Another great Sam Smith's pub. Friendly staff and good selection of Sam Smith's beer. They only sell sparkling by the bottle.

You will find The Crown in Brewer Street London within a short stroll of Regent Street, Shaftesbury Avenue and Piccadilly Circus - however you won't find another like it.
