We are Simon & Louise and have recently purchased The George at Little Brickhill. Since completing our refurbishment, we have created a relaxed village pub environment and produced a menu which includes traditional British pub classics with a slight Mediterranean twist, using seasonal local produce. In the summer months we utilise the beautiful garden, offering outdoor dining, BBQ’s and Hog Roasts. Every Sunday we offer traditional Sunday Roasts which are very popular, so booking is a must! We were in a party of 14. Great atmosphere in the pub. Our table was in a large room too the back of the pub. Well decorated for the time of year Our party included vegetarians as well as us carnivores. The food all round was excellent, everybody was happy. The service by the waitresses was the best, nothing was too much trouble. A great venue run by a great team.
The George is a wonderful pub with excellent home cooked food! It has a great family- (dog friendly) atmosphere with very pleasant and polite staff. Definitely recommend all the way!!! We will come back again soon!! Keep up the good work guys!!!
We had our sons 18th party in the function room at The George and we had a wonderful time. Simon and Louise did us proud all our guests commented on how great the food was and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thank you both so much. Jeanette and Steve
I have visited this pub for the last 4 months and they never fail to amaze me. Great for afternoon drinks in the sun, fantastic food, superb staff and the cleanest toilets I have ever seen in a pub. The landlords take extreme pride in running their business and this shows. They have great offers available for example, curry night, pizza night etc. There are two big screens one at each end of the pub for rugby, F1 or football. This pub is great for family’s and dogs as the garden is a very good size with ample of room for puppies and kids to play. Inside there is plenty of room at the bar and tables perfect for romantic nights out or for friends and family to gather. Easy access to the A5 makes it convenient to get to whether you are local or not. Thank you Simon and Louise for your great service and hospitality on every visit. Craig & Jane
This is a lovely country pub. I really cannot fault it. The food and drink are amazing, and the staff very friendly and welcoming. There is quite often music here at the weekend, and children and dogs are welcome too, so there really is something for everyone. I cycle here myself, and it's a very nice ride from the surrounding villages. If you've never been here before, I can really recommend it; you won't leave disappointed.
