Great place, good beer at a reasonable price, friendly locals and a very congenial owner.
We had a few beverages, on a Friday night, lovely atmosphere, the licensees, Deborah and Craig were extremely friendly and fast on service. The barmaid is so much fun. It's an old inn, and treat it with the respect it deserves. Drinks were extremely value for money and the pints were pulled well. A dartboard , gaming machine and tv playlist is available. This venue is well deserved for the 5 stars, for friendly staff and the drinks served. Plenty place to park if required. Bar snacks available.
Old school community boozer, landlady and staff always welcoming. It's not glitzy or flash, it's what pubs used to be. More about the people that go there than the decor.
Nice pub with good beers on and lagers. Friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere of people talking Yes actually talking no phones involved here reminds me of how pubs used to be. A gambler in the corner for those that wish to try their luck. A spacious car park and they play bt sports games too. A very nice pub that has kept a traditional pub appearance.
