Fino Lounge is on a great spot in the heart of Whitchurch Village in Cardiff. With full width windows that open right up and a sprinkling of tables on the terrace along the front, we’re perfect for people watching on the Merthyr Road. We’ve a deceptively big, open plan space stretching across our two floors inside, where we’re proud to serve a fantastic range of food and drinks (including full kids, gluten free and vegan menus) in a really warm, relaxed atmosphere. The site used to be a Blockbusters video store, but after a wobbly moment we decided against “Video Lounge” as our name, unsurprisingly!.

Lovely atmosphere upstairs all candles, great food and service. Forgot to take pics of the food lol, next time I'll remember. We had a bottle of sharaz, very nice indeed. Orzo milkshake and a pot of tea, which we had to ask for more water as only half-full, even then it wasn't full to the top lol
Chose one of the sandwiches from the menu, fish finger for £9.95, must say it was shocking value for money, bread tasted cheap and the fish fingers were dry and overcooked. One place I will not be revisiting again, terrible value for money.
Fabulous breakfast! Their fried eggs on sour dough was very really good as well as thee Penidict w mushrooms. Had a nice Shakshuka with arabic bread, perfect. Their milk base coffee drinks and tea were super. The staff was so friendly, and the overall atmosphere and people was something, loved all.
Amazing selection of food, all ordered via their scannable QR code. Food came out promptly and was full of flavor. Iced coffee was pretty decent too!
