A beautiful cinema with a bar, velvet sofas, food & drinks delivered to your seat.
Everyman Hampstead, located in the heart of Hampstead Village, is one of London’s most iconic cinemas. It offers three floors of private hire spaces including screening rooms, bars and an elevated private gallery perfect for intimate Private Hires and Kids Birthday parties!.
First time here and I was impressed by the comfort of the seats, the quality of the food and the high level of service.
Beautiful cinema with sofa chairs and little tables. You can have table service in the cinema. They have popcorn and other snacks. Their still water comes in beautiful reusable steel bottles that are a wonderful memory of our visit. Ads in the beginning were very long. Half an hour minimum. That was a bit annoying as the movie was also 2:38h long. And the toilet situation is not ideal either as there are only 4 unisex toilet. One was out of order and we had to queue up for it.
They changed the old velour armchairs to something less luxurious, but overall it still looks pretty good, and has great table service. I didn't like that they kept the ventilation running even in winter, which is completely unnecessary. My partner walked away with a sore throat.
Went there this week. Not been to the hampstead location in a while. Did at 1515 movie very quite which was surprising. Had sofa snd armchairs in the down stairs movie room. When you enter head to the bar area to check in. Ordered food which is delivered to your table. We ordered some hot food which did take a while been quite it surprised me this is my only complaint. Staff did apologize and made up for it. My son had the vegan hotdog and loved it. Coffee is great quality and drinks selection. Kids also had the oreo milkshakes which went down a treat. Would I return 100% and staff where excellent to make this choice.
It's a pretty OK cinema. Seating is fairly comfortable, and the screens aren't too bad. Be aware that the screens are pretty small in general. The reason for the two star rating is that this cinema has basically turned into a fast food stand. It's pretty hard to enjoy a movie when everyone there is shovelling food into their faces and talking.
