A great pub, very good prices and great value for money.
Attractive historic building. Friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately the Holts wasn't on despite it being a Holts pub. There was a very decent Durham ale available though.
Cant comment on rooms we havnt stayed. Use this pub as our local. Really friendly and great service
The bedsheets looked like they hadn't been washed in years. The towels were ripped. There were drawers missing in both the nightstands and the closet. There was a hole in the ceiling and moldy stains on the wall. Toilet paper had been missing for 2 days. And after all this they don't even provide hand soap.
Very clean pub with awesome beers on tap. Very well kept. Service is excellent. The Holts beers are cheap as chips and spot on. The branded exported beers are not cheap but some of the very best I've had in Manchester. Highly recommended.
