Only had coffee, the staff were very attentive and friendly. Cost was reasonable and the furnishings were very pleasant. There appears to have been a change of staff/management,🤗

Delicious food served in a lovely country pub. Staff were very friendly and accommodated us as walk-ins with 2 dogs. Great selection of local beers at the bar too.

Lovely pub and with a roaring fire it was very comforting. Only thing was the lack of vegetarian options. One starter and one main. They were delicious but would be good to get another option on there or at least onto the specials board.

Took my wife for lunch on her birthday. It was a bit early for the open fire, but this wonderful 16th-century pub was warm and friendly. We both had the chicken and wild mushroom chasseur with a lovely rich sauce, thoroughly enjoyed.

Delicious food, could have more knowledge/offers on cocktails (as basic as a Long Island) but as it is a village pub I’m happy with leaving 5 stars
