Beautifully appointed immaculate room with coffee machine. Close to town centre, harbour and beach
Useless service. Shower was scalding - no way to regulate. Contacted them on feedback email given. Just told to phone them - but we had left by then. No apology or real effort to respond at all
We spent 2 nights here last week. The room we stayed in was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for exploring New Quay. We met the cleaner who was extremely helpful and friendly. The Black Lion is this hotels sister property and we would highly recommend a visit!
What a shame this pub has closed. Best Ale in Newquay served here. You didn't use your " brains" did you Brains?
