Really good hotel with warm hotel. Breakfast & Reception staff Claudia is really helpful with all the requirement what we had as we are vegetarian. All I can say had good stay with friendly service.
Quiet, excellent room. Ideal for couples or on your own, right in the centre of town
Great place to stay.Emma, the owner, was very helpful, great service and very welcoming.would definitely recommend this place, unfortunately had to drop a star due to the poor service and quality at breakfast. Not exactly sure what happened with this but were guessing this can't be the norm at this outstanding place, hopefully just a one off. Will be staying again in the future:-)
Last minute booking out of necessity. Good location for Carmarthen with parking. Old fashioned, shabby, poor bedding, mould around the bath/shower. Two very delightful ladies running the business
Check in was really good, we were taken up to our room by a lovely friendly girl (sorry I didn't get your name) We stayed in room 15 twin beds. The beds are way past the time they should of been replaced, my bed was partially bad, the base of the bed was so rickety that when I turned over it sounded as though it was going to fall to pieces. The mattress sagged in the middle, I felt every spring. The heating was on, this is the week the hottest weather in the UK had been recorded. The prevoius guests towels were still hanging in the bathroom. We couldn't have the window open as below was the smoking area, we are non smokers. When my sister used the bathroom at 4am she said it sounded as though there was a party in the next room, this turned out to be the houskeeping room, so we can only assume the noise was from the smoking area. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked poached eggs on toast.
