Great proper locals pub! Excellent landlord/landlady, great atmosphere, friendly staff!
Can't understand why this place gets 5 stars, every time we go in there staff are rude, don't respect veterans or fellow pub traders. Better pubs in dorchester selling a better range of beers and wines and shock food which this place doesn't. Oh and you have to catch them on a whim when they choose to open. Worst pub I have ever been in.
Lynne and John are absolutely fantastic hosts. They made us feel at home as soon as we walked in the door. What a fantastic pub, can’t wait to visit again
Great pub , bit of a walk from the High street but worth it . Looks nice , friendly staff , courtyard out the back & good drinks , it's a shame I didn't have longer here but I had a rather tight schedule.
Fantastic. Lovely friendly pub, patrons, and staff, with great selection of real ales. Decor is absolutely top-notch, the beer garden is a very nice combination of patio and grassed area. Highly recommended!
