First time called in for a couple of pints nice place friendly staff will be going again
Food was hot, and presented nicely. Steak was undercooked but tolerable as time to consume was at a premium. The peppercorn sauce was very watery. Ordering was quick but too longer gap before food was served- had to ask for order to be chased up. Then had to ask for the pot of tea that hadn't come to the table but had been ordered in advance of the customer's arrival!! The place wasn't busy, is dog friendly and has potential to be a great place to revisit time and time again. Management need to speed up responses to food orders so customers are not irritated by the wait and having to ask for their meals. Its choice to maintain good customer relations, and generate new business by word of mouth, or close through customers going elsewhere.
Atmosphere is so warm and friendly, the staffs effort for halloween was excellent. Amazing costumes and even sweets on the bar! Staff are amazing with our dog, puppicinos and treats are a special touch.
Lovely place, not expensive which was a fab surprise! Great staff, very clean. Didn’t do food this time but will return.
