About us
Standing at the top of Risca since 1800, the Darran is the oldest remaining public house in the village. Having undergone several cosmetic changes, leading to its current guise, our pub today is a home to fresh, prepared to order food, coupled with a varied range of drinks.
We cater for all occasions, from business lunches to family parties and everything in between.
We have plenty of on site parking and offer a warm welcome to groups of any size.
Our upstairs dining area is ideal for groups of up to 50 people, with buffet catering or formal dining options available to suit individual needs. We also welcome guests with special dietary requirements.
