Had a couple of beers here on a Friday evening. The guest beer was in great condition and the bar staff were really friendly. Plenty of parking next to the pub. Sports were being shown on multiple screens. Would recommend and visit again.
Nice family pud plays football and runs its own team with means it's quiet busy on a Sunday for a couple hours before and after they have played. Also on Saturday and Sunday the server authentic tie food and its at a good price and tastes fresh, always freshly cooked and well priced drinks.
Food was delicious. I can recommend the chilli! A very quiet place but it was a Monday evening. I like the idea of not using mobiles / tablets whilst visiting there... but I'm not sure I could take my kids there!!!
