We boast a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and aim to bring together the whole community with great beer, awesome events and lots of live sport.
Traditional and spacious, the Crown and Cushion offers a relaxed environment for all types of customers. Situated in the pub are a variety of large HD tv screens and a huge 80” screen showing both Sky and BT sports, enabling us to show a variety of live sports at any one time, depending on your preference or team.
In addition to live sport, we host a variety of live and local bands every weekend and we pride ourselves on our wide range of ales, lagers, wines and spirits, offering something for everyone; whatever your taste buds.
The front of the pub has a lovely seating area to watch the world go by and we also take bookings all year round for functions such as birthday’s, christenings, parties and funerals.

This is a locals pud down to earth not for tourist at night?, afternoon quick drink, Thursday best night 'open Mic great night, few more drunks?, good place to have a cheap drink.
Enjoy Friday afternoon variety of music played. Good price for drinks.
Been in here a few times now with my friend and I wanted to give them a shout out for being so dog friendly The staff are very friendly and you can have a laugh and feel comfortable and reasonably priced compared to others
Had some good nights in this pub. If you are pretentious and seeking somewhere to pose this is not for you. If you want to see genuine friendly folk having a good time on a Saturday night then the beer is reasonably priced and the staff a friendly and efficient so I recommend a visit.
