My local for over thirty five years. A warm welcome awaits all who pop into this traditional family owned and run pub serving a good range of spirits, cask ales, lagers and ciders, all competitively priced.
Got recommended this place by a local. Believe me it didn't disappoint, the Bass , HPA and Butty Bach were all spot on. We didn't have food as we'd already eaten. Just great lively locals place ,with a bit of sport ,lovely staff and locals . A great night out.
A proper pub run by the same family for 38 years and counting. Great beer, decor and friendly locals, can't ask for more - the good lady says it's her new favorite in Shrewsbury
Been a while since last in there, but what a great place it still is. A real pub for the community and strangers alike. Good choice of drinks at a good price, served well by friendly bar staff. Locals are not shy in chatting to you if you like company. Comfy, warm and welcoming. Definitely worth the short walk out from the main streets to this place.
Lovely staff, lovely pint of very well kept Bass and very nice customers. Always worth a visit.
