Brought the 4 Grandchildren to the play aera & had tea the lady running Fuzzy Eds was lovely. Took our order & called us to the table when our food was ready. The children loved making their own icecream dessert

The food is good but sometimes they don't have ingredients for what's on the menu its frustrating and the menu isn't updated as much as I'd like and I wish the dessert menu would have some no sugar dessert for diabetics.

Great location. Nice and clean inside. Meals were freshly cooked and served piping hot. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Only downside was at 8.15pm when we went to order a coffee after our meals we were told the coffee machine was out of use as it was being cleaned. Didn't detract from the overall experience but would have been nice to continue the evening with friends over a coffee

The three stars are purely for the customer service, couldn’t fault it. However, the food was honestly the worst pub grub I’ve had. I’m not fussy when it comes to food, happy to eat at chains all the time. However, I ordered sausage, mash, peas and gravy and it was beyond dry; I had to put mayonnaise on the side just so it was edible. My mum is exactly the same as me and she couldn’t eat much of hers. My two children had mini all day breakfasts and the sausages were burnt! Sorry but the cooks need replacing. It was Saturday lunch time and the place was quiet, now I understand why. Won’t return for the food sorry.

Visited The Cricketers on a Sunday and was surprised by the size of the pub. They have a Fuzzy Eds play area for the kids which during my visit was closed. We ordered food from the bar which came very quickly and tasted amazing! Prices here are also reasonable, I highly recommend getting the app as some good offers become available on certain days. The only issue we had was the car parking, there appears to be 2 entrances for cars but one of them is only for disabled parking. Better signage needed for this. Will definitely be returning friendly staff and good quality food.
