The man did let in all my friends last night, and did not let me in said that I was too drunk , everyone was drunk and even one of our English friend was wasted. All my friend came out talked him said that I was alright but he did not. It was obvious that he is a racist man!! Ruined all my night. I wish all racist people never breed. This is night club everyone is getting drunk inside or outside. I was not wasted!!

Had a wonderful night in one of the party pods (karaoke booth) last night. Lisa was lovely on the phone and the bar staff / pod reception looked were great. This place is always busy. People love the public karaoke on the upper floor. Often it can be hard to get space or to avoid people who are too drunk or a bit letchy. I love the party pods. There wasn't room service on the night we were there but I don't know if that's a permanent change. There is air con in the rooms if needed and colourful lighting. Good selection of songs on the system but could do getting an even more complete library, there were a handful of songs we looked up and couldn't find. Overall we had a brilliant night in the party pod. Book in advance online because they are very popular

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. The bouncer didn’t let us in because my Thai friend didn’t have English ID. My friend who was completely sober said well this is my only form of ID and he said “well you’re too drunk anyways”. This is so nationalist and racist and when I called him out on this he grabbed me and screamed in my face. As a 19 year old girl this is terrifying and i most definitely won’t be going again. Your staff are racist and extremely intimidating. Sort it out.

Was refused entry with my Irish ID card because “it wasn’t a passport or a driver’s license”- I can’t drive, and do not like to bring my passport out with me while drinking. This ID has worked for me all over the world for bars and clubs, this small karaoke bar in Newcastle is the only place that has refused it and I can’t help but feel it was because it was an Irish ID. Bouncer was rude and aggressive when turning me away, despite me being calm and polite. Terrible experience, would not recommend. -10/5 stars. Anti-Irish mentality.
