The Club Burtonwood Bar Manager Position
We are looking for someone to manage all aspects of the bar from stock ordering & management, drinks pricing & packages, till system, rota and staff training/management, weekly cash flow and banking. You will work closely with the committee to drive the business forward and streamline processes. We want someone who isn’t afraid to bring their ideas forward to help improve the business. This is a demanding job that will need someone who is passionate, innovative, and driven!

- Responsible for maintaining a clean bar, including managing waste and line cleaning
- Working within a budget
- Ordering and taking in deliveries

- Have an excellent eye for detail
We require a numerate and literate organised person to work approximately 35 hours per week.
You will be expected to work behind the Bar during the midweek and weekends.
You must be outgoing, personable, articulate and be a people person.
You will be responsible for the Security of the premises when open and during closing.
