This has the potential to be a really great bar. It is a great location and has a lovely seating area at the front which is ideal for a romantic date night. The bouncer is generally nice and friendly. Sadly the bar is ruined by the bar staff and the regular guys who go on weekends. It is a very looks focussed bar and the staff tend to be quite rude/standoffish to guys who aren't wearing tight shirts and huge muscles..they need to remember that people are spending money and should be treated with respect. A bar that is ruined by its toxic culture sadly. Not a bar to meet nice people sadly. Weekdays aren't as bad.
Staff abused me. The bar staff sat outside whilst I paid 40 quid for cocktails to sit outside. He would not move from the outside seats and the doorman said he was there first. Staff are there to work not gape on seats outside! If he is staff why is he sitting taking patrons seats? I was then abused. Drinks chucked on me and then all the staff turned on me. Shut this place down. I curse the venue - I hope you go under the lot of you. Rude , obnoxious vile people . My curse always comes true. Be aware!!!!
Staff were rude. Payed no attention and was not the slightest bit welcoming. Got served by tall skinny Asian guy who I believe scammed us with the alcohol in our drinks. Ordered brandy and was given something under the bar and not from the shelf. There was clearly no Alcohol in our drinks. To test the theory we asked another bar man for drinks and was completely fine he took the alcohol from the shelf and our drinks tasted alcoholic. BEWARE OF THE OTHER BAR MAN!! The only saving grace for this venue was the DJ. Friendly and played great music.
