Lovely public house that we have been meaning to try for sometime. Very friendly welcome by the host on arrival. We had not booked and although they were busy with a book club evening and darts match, Gay very kindly agreed to cook for us. We all had different meals and puddings, all were very nice and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you.
Such a fantastic lunch. My girlfriend and I had a great meal at the Cyder Presse for Sunday lunch. Their was a choice of either beef or lamb which we both had a mix of 2. Great country pub and the service from Gay, Dave and team was impeccable (as always). Keep it up guys and we will be back. Thanks.
Lovely pub and great food staff were great and the owners couldn’t do enough for you.We went for a roast it was epic. We will definitely be going back!
A beautiful village pub. Very friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and the most delicious Sunday Roast and puddings you can ask for. A huge selection of vegetables with the roast all cooked to perfection. I prebooked a table and in all honesty I drove past and didn't realise it was the pub.... But very glad we found it. Superb pub, loads of ciders, good lagers and ales too, great menu and food. We stayed for 2 nights in a beautifully decorated room above the inn. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here, the locals are really friendly and Nigel the owner is the perfect host.
