Me and my partner came for some food and it was really good definitely be coming again the staff was nice and it was a nice place

Great Place for food and drink, Always got the sport on and will even put whatever sport you request on if they have it to be shown. Come here once every 2 weeks, don't always eat as food wait can be a little too long for us but when we do eat its normally very good food. Ate here yesterday and was served by Megan and Owen, both very friendly people. My fish was cooked just how i like it and it even only cost me a fiver. cant knock it.

Reasonable selection of food available on the menu, prices again very reasonable considering - plus various offers on weekdays. Food has always been nice and staff always been friendly.

Visited here on the 27th September, and had a really bad experience. The food we received was burnt and missing items stated that come with a meal on the menu and there were bugs crawling on our food. I put a trip advisor review up and they replied on the 1st October asking me to email them. I emailed them the same day and again on the 15th as I hadn’t received any communication back from them. On the 19th I commented on one of their Facebook posts saying I will plaster it over other social media outlets and they finally replied to my email as nothing got done in house when we complained to staff. During these communications, it was explained to me that a new general manager had just taken over this site and that they were small teething issues and that they would send a gift card out in the post as a gesture of goodwill and to apologise for the sorry excuse of a meal we had. Bear this in mind, this was on the 19th of October. Fast forward to the 30th October, I emailed them and asked them to confirm whether or not the gift card had been posted as I haven’t received anything and again - my email has been ignored. I also emailed Greeneking customer service directly and they have also ignored my email.

Absolutely diabolical food. Sent a so called chicken wrap back as it was burnt to a crisp with a rubbery piece of fake cheese plonked on top. To have the chef try and take the p**s by sending out the food in the picture. Clap cold, unmelted cheese just thrown on, if they are a proper chef in that kitchen they should be ashamed to send food like that out. Also the waitress handed a red hot plate to one of the group without any warning at all scalding her fingertips ( the waitress held it with a towel) . Will never return here again and will definitely tell others not to go here. Would give 0 stars of I could.
