This was a discrace. Booked here paid expensive price to not be told no spa or pool access not even when checked in. Hotel now being used to house the homeless, woken in middle of night by firealarm due to persons smoking in room and only given 1 hour later checkout when took me over 3 hours to get back to sleep, the staff aggressive when I over slept. Also partner refused access to room even though had checked in with me. No USB charging points I. Room. Restaurant not open, room opening safety catches removed. Not enough room condiments left and none available behind reception desk. I paid 30£ for early check in expecting to use facilities that no longer available. Yet not advertised or advised of this when booking or checking in. Yet prices same as other hotels with these facilities still operational. DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE NOT WORTH IT JUST FOR LOCATION. but great spa options at local LC in Swansea. Best massage I've ever had for reasonable prices. Text her if can't speak I. Service was terrible.staff weren't helpful at all. Heating wasn't working in the room they gave us a electric heater as a solution. It is also being used to house immigrants by the government who like to smoke in the hotel rooms setting off the fire alarms
On the plus side: Great location, nice service, awesome shower. Comfy night sleep Could do better: tired carpets and some fixtures and fittings, felt like stepping back in time, not entirely in a bad way if that's what they are aiming for!
Avoid this hotel like plague, its all cons for this hotel, there was nothing good about it other than location being central. Also for £72 go elsewhere - Pay for parking even though on site says inc - Ripped up carpets - Two single beds together instead of a double - Ripped chair - Room belonged to the 20th century - Lifts are out of date and small
Hotel room was a little tired but clean with towels and toiletries staff were friendly and helpful breakfast had a good selection of cereals fresh fruit and hot food . Not a 4 star hotel but good location for centre and ideal for me and my friends

Prince is going through a transition stage at present so I am only open limited hours. Open on Wednesday for Gateway 5.30 till close. Friday and Saturday 12-2 pm and 6-10 pm. Closed all other times.
