WHAT WE’RE ALL ABOUT
Located in the heart or Warwickshire, the Case Is Altered has been serving up traditional cask ales for three generations.
An unspoilt old cottage inn, licenced for over three centuries; a range of well kept ales including Old Pie Factory and Wye Valley served by friendly long-serving landlady. No food (can bring your own sandwiches & eat in the pretty little furnished brick courtyard & gardens). A simple small main bar with a fine old poster of Lucas Blackwell & Arkwright Brewery, a clock with hours spelling out Thornley's Ale - both famous breweries from yester year. Sturdy old-fashioned tables and a couple of stout leather-covered settles facing each other over spotless tiles, roaring log fire and a snug with a familiar old bar billiard's table which takes sixpences (that are available).
We welcome locals, cyclists, walkers, riders and ramblers. Disabled access and plenty of parking spaces. An atmosphere for friends, wanderers, and adventurers to share a drink as equals.
No children, dogs or mobile phones.

A gem of a real pub with matching old-fashioned land lady. Excellent ales in great condition in unspoilt surroundings. No food but you are welcome to bring your own. Well worth the diversion off the M40!
A spotlessly clean two room pub. Five excellent real ales including a mild. Only food is bar snacks. Easy access from car park into pub for wheelchair access and a large disabled toilets. Long serving landlord was very friendly as were the other punters. Nice courtyard with tables for around 60 people with a couple of covered areas.
Just visited for the first time, A+ atmosphere and prices. Love the no phones rule. The house bitter is so good it's going to be hard to try the other drinks on offer, which all looked nice. The barman and Landlady were very kind. We'll be back soon!
Proper decent old school English pub. Very friendly landlord and clientele. Real ale amazing, lovely fresh beer, didn't touch the sides. Highly recommended.
The Case is a decent little real ale pub for real ale drinkers. Not a hipster in sight!
