Poor menu and bad quality food - most likely the worst burger I've had. The bun was definitely frozen and microwaved as it became stale in seconds. Drinks were not better either. My partner ordered prosecco that was warm and still. The stuff we're not the most accommodating and there was a bizarre entertainment interval with two barely-dressed dancers trying to infuse some Latin flare. Unfortunately, it felt more like a cheap and kid-friendly strip show
Food depends, if you ask for a cheap burger then expect that typical microwaved patty, but if you ask for a proper meal then the Chef will sort you out! the music is very good and the staff is friendly.
Where to begin? I was craving some pão de queijo. Things were not good. It was microwaved. My partner is Brazilian, we make our own frequently and these paos we're inedible. Why are they being served on a bed of rocket with lemon? Just cook them properly, save the lemon (with a cut in it, as if prepared for a glass) for the drinks and the rocket for the burger rather than that disgusting slab of lettuce. The burger? Why are you using cheap frozen fake flame grilled patties full of gristle? McDonald's serves better meat. The bun was stale or terrible, it was too hard, too thick and too wide for the burger. The sauce. Holy moly. Why is there so much sauce? I love mustard, but why is this burger dripping into your lap and down your hands with zero provocation? There was also a hair in it. The moqueca was bland. It needed more salt than the Makgadikgadi to taste appetising. Service was non existent. I almost had to do the team America secret signal to order and when the food was delivered it was with swift intent. We asked for ketchup and were greeted with a pot of the cheapest sachets on earth. Just charge me £1 more per meal and give us a bottle. We weren't asked how our food was (maybe for the best, or maybe she knew how terrible it was) and a similar set of antics were required for the bill. I was also not asked which meat I wanted on the "epic monster" burger, that would've gone a long way. Please take this constructively and do better.
We had an amazing dinner and incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Great menu recommendations and they let us eat outside on their patio despite it being closed. Such a wonderful restaurant and atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back.
This is the first time I have tried Brazilian dish. I tried File de Frango com Arroz for dinner. It comes with chicken, rice, refried beans & mixed salad. To be honest, I did not enjoy the dish. Apart from the dish, I liked the service of the staffs and the songs that were played. It was not crowded at all even on the weekend.
