Absolutely awful! Will never have my money spent here again happy to serve me at quarter past six with my two children who were well behaved causing no issues to suddenly be told kids are not welcome past 6. They told me it’s on the licence outside having checked twice I can confirm it’s not it was for a family friends private event not just to go out as well! Happily take money when it suits and don’t even get the staff to approach me use members of the party what a joke!

Had a brilliant night in the Blue Ball last night, karaoke was on, nice guys, and they were very good, lots of singers, Lovely friendly staff too, including the door guys n gals.. Thanks for a great night!.. xx
Great staff feel safe in there . Lovely and clean and modern look . Starstruck karaoke was very good last night and we were made very welcome . Feels like the great old days i there again
