Lovleý food and great service the chef's there are amazing lovley owners as well unfortunately don't serve food anymore but glasshouse in whitehaven is run by same owners and fantastic food and staff
If I could have put no stars I would. I booked a room here for a bike ride in June. I got told today that they are closed for the weekend. I tried to explain that I am available stuck now as all the local hotels are busy because of the bike ride. What do I do now? You have really let me down. They said well I can't see what we can do about it and hung up! They are bad as a company could be. Don't touch them with a barge pole!
Lovely hosts made me feel like a king, clean calm room, luxurious bed very comfortable, excellent breakfast. Fascinating place. As Arnie says "I'll be back" Des and Angie many many thanks.
Great service from the staff, a good selection of drinks and excellent food from the carvery.
Had a fabulous carvery for my mums 90th birthday yesterday and it was geourgous. Everything was perfect and nothing was a problem. The staff are lovely and would definitely recommend. Thank you Blackbeck. X
