A warm welcome and conversation awaits you in Keystone brewery’s first pub which re-opened in 2012. The front bar is set out with a range of tables, the rear bar has a pool table and there are tables outside to the front. The Gordon Benett is Large One and the guest beer is frequently from South West breweries. Ciders are often available with offerings from Thatchers and Orchard Pig. Paninis available at lunchtimes but Sunday lunches are always available and there is a curry night on the first Monday of the month.
It's going back in time for me. I spent a lot of my youth I this pub. There is no rooms to let, only long term let's. Hasn't changed over the years.
Visited on 26th May - without being too personal the lady behind the bar looked as though she was waiting to start pole dancing. We had to wait ages to get a drink and she was then extremely rude serving us as it meant she had to stop talking to her partner! Will most definitely not be returning and I think the owners need to address this situation asap.

Phoned earlier in desperate need as my husband and daughter were stranded close by in the snow. I asked if they had a room available and was told yes but they only rent them out long term. Even after I explained but they are literally stranded miles from home and with the storm due to peak overnight and temperatures expected to plummet but no, they offrered no help at all. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED
This pub has changed so much over the past few years, live music, great food and fantastic beer brewed by the Landlord so always a great pint.
