The Belle Vue itself was founded in the 1870s as a local Victorian corner pub. Similar to many of the other pubs in the local area, the pub was subject to severe damage in World War II as a result of enemy bombing. However, still to this day the pub has retained its distinct Victorian style. Taken together with its vast seating area and open plan layout, you are able to relish in the pub’s Victorian character while still maintaining a personal and distinct feeling of community.
So, whatever you decide; whether that be to take a seat at the bar, enjoy the weather outside in our pub garden, or dance the night away with a pint of one of our vast range of beers or a glass of our exclusively selected wine, we cannot wait to welcome you to our pub.
