This 16th century country inn has low beamed ceilings and is situated in a quiet village.
Pictures of the Dambusters adorn the small cosy lounge. The friendly welcoming landlord has a keen interest in beers and the guests are often from small breweries within the county. There is an annual beer festival 1st weekend in October and an annual Harvest Supper and Festival auction. The beers are mainly sourced from Lincolnshire brewers. Monday to Wednesday there is a beer at special offer price.
Lovely little pub, welcoming and friendly! Very reasonable prices! 😊
Good old fashioned boozer, landlord keeps his Batemans XXXB absolutely on song, quite possibly the best pint of XXXB I've had in any pub.
Always a pleasure to have a pint at The Bell, an old fashioned pub, friendly host, good beer. As long as you aren't looking for a fruit machine, a juke box or a phone signal it's great.
One of my favorite pubs! Proper old school, No phone signal and everyone chats to eachother! You can sit at the bar and everyone always seems happy to chat to you. The landlord and landlady are brilliant and the beer is very well kept. I do an hours round trip just to go for one beer.
Great traditional pub with an excellent history, friendly staff & good selection of ales.
