Never a fan of real ales until I found this wonderful little pub. The owner is so knowledgeable and friendly that I have been converted. The choice of beers and ciders is fantastic and changes every week. It's an oasis that always offers a friendly welcome for first timers and regulars alike. Also won a pub of the year award so can only recommend you pay a visit.
Always a warm welcome and fantastic beers. Is most definitely open, everyone deserves a holiday now and then. Dog friendly, well behaved kids welcome too. Leanne is the most lovely accommodating host. A must visit if you like real ale and a great balanced bar.
Absolutely love this little gem. The lady who runs it can't go out of her way enough to make sure that you feel welcomed and that nothing it too much trouble. Always a great choice of beers, of which the staff are very knowledgeable on. Great atmosphere and a great local crowd. Will be returning again and again. Cheers!
I recently had my 50th Birthday gathering at this Micropub and what a night it was ! There was so many ales and gins to chose from and the Landlady Leanne was the most perfect host, nothing was too much trouble for her and we all had the most wonderful evening, love the fact it is dog friendly too, can’t wait to return next month. Thanks again for making us all feel so welcome.
