Proper pub.. so don't be a looser get down the boozer
This is proper gem of a pub. Great beers and lovingly looked after and poured. Regular entertainment also on. Gret local people and really nice welcoming bar team.
Friendly, Good choice of sports, two TVs, can be on different channels, which is a bonus, football on one channel and boxing on the other when I was in there. Dog friendly as well, all round a lovely place for a pleasent drink out.
If you want a sports pub this would be five stars. I'm not a big sports fan so I can only give it four stars because of the TVs. Otherwise it's a nice old building just off a nice old market square in a rural town, what's not to like about that...
A Proper pub. Good choice of beers ciders and spirits as well as soft drinks. Pool table and darts board in one bar and softer furnishings in the other. Good size garden with plenty of seats and a play area for young children..
