I find it difficult to go into pubs on my own, but I received a very warm welcome and was put at ease when I went in with my Spaniel, Zuma, during my holiday in Whitsand Bay in December 2023. This is a really lovely cosy family friendly & dog friendly pub. I can't recommend it highly enough and I will definitely go back next time I'm in Millbrook. Thank you very much for your kindness 👍🏻😄
Good atmosphere, a very good range of lager and ales, Red and white wine and at a very good price, would highly recommend, no food though but Hey 😉
First visit here on Thursday the reviews were good so decided to give it a try barmaid was friendly but obviously doesn't know what a flat cider is as when my husband ask what selection they had she looked puzzled and then said we do thatchers haze which is a fizzy cider. Thought we'd arrived on Halloween night as the cackling coming from a group of women in the corner was overly loud and totally unnecessary 😑 couldn't even hear yourself talk obviously liked the sound of their own voices reviews totally wrong in my opinion and will definitely not be returning
Friendly bar with great staff, lovely locals and immaculate selection of beers and ciders. Always been made to few very welcome from staff and regulars alike. Cannot recommend any higher. Also has the cheapest juke box of any bar/pub I’ve ever been in!
Brilliant one bar local pub selling 2 regular and up to two guest beers and excrllent prices. Friendly landlord and locals. If in the area and you like real ale don't miss this pub!
