A weatherspoons pub in the heart of swansea that serves good food and a wide range of drinks at a really competitive price. This place is frequently used by locals and tourists of all ages. Only drawback is that the toilets are up 5 flights of stairs although there is a disabled toilet on the ground floor.
Worst service ive ever recieved in a spoons. Stood at the bar for literally 10 mins before ANYONE even aknowledged my presence. In fact i was totally ignored by staff on other activities. Absolute joke. Not only that, only 1 cask beer was available. Not recommended. Staff are a disgrace.
Stopped off here on the way back to Cardiff. Nice Spoons converted tastefully from a bank. Very busy crowd but managed to get a table and had few drinks. Usual good beer. We didn’t try the food.
Very busy Friday evening. Good menu with plenty of choice, easy ordering direct to table with the app, had an issue with a very tough steak that was replaced but it was the same and not cooked as requested. We were a family group of 8 and everything else was fine. Great value for money. Toilets are hard to find.
What a magnificent Spoons The Bank Statement is. Not only on the outside but also it carries on inside with it's beautiful architecture and decor it truly is a thing of beauty. We called in for a brekkie and ordered. I normally have the traditional breakfast but fancied a change. Had beans on toast and to be honest wasn't overly happy with the amount of beans on the plate, it was still hot and nice but maybe up the portion size please. Prices were good for a town centre and it is easy to find. No parking on site but car parks are walkable. Called in later for Steak Club and again food was lovely. There is a nice surprise of a beer garden upstairs. Found that while on the search for the toilets which is a trek in itself because this building is vast so if you get list send a search party lol. A great Spoons in a great city.

It has the narrowest frontage of any bar in the area; however the modest exterior conceals a wealth of space, housing four different bars each with its own distinct character.
