Closed Mon and Tues so no food close by. They also need to sort out the WiFi as there isn't any and phone signal is diabolical. Couldn't talk to wife the whole time I was there. Also more lighting from car park to rooms could do with improvement especially on Monday and Tuesday nights when pub closed.
Hospitality was spot on! Very welcoming. Room was nice and cosy clean. A choice of Breakfast on offer & air fried to perfection. Thank you once again Paul & lovely wife for a great stay. 3rd time staying plus great location. Thank you 😊 the birthday boy loved the candle eliminating his breakfast. See you soon
First time at this lovely little country pub very friendly staff had the Sunday carvery which I have to say was delicious fair price and a great atmosphere, we will definitely be back again soon
We arrived on a busy Sunday & found the ambience charming. The staff were pleasant & helpful, cracking G & T in a balloon glass! The carvery could not be faulted, the meat was superbly cooked & the vegetables plentiful & tasty. The following chocolate fudge cake & ice cream was the best I've had in a long time. All in all the whole experience was superb. Definitely coming again.
Lovely pub, great atmosphere and the beer garden is perfect to sit in the evenings with a pint! Didn't get a room here so can't remark on that, but the location makes it very convenient for me and you can do a walk along the Somerset coastal path and finish off here.
