Staff were polite and attentive but maybe not the friendliest. Thought prices seemed quite high for what it was. I would say food was decent and generous though.
Dropped in on the off chance. Lucky to get a table. Excellent roast and delicious moussaka. Staff dealt well with the pressures of vague and demanding patrons. Was semi over run with boisterous brats, but you can't have it all. Well worth a visit.
A nice little guest house attached to a pub, in a great location, right next to the Clevedon pier. I had the best 2 nights sleep there, due to the extremely comfortable memory foam mattress. We had the large upstairs room which was very spacious, clean and warm. It does though have the feeling of needing a little upgrade as some furniture and the curtains have seen better days. It was lovely for us in winter to have a warm room, but working thermostats on the radiators would have been useful at night time. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this guest house. Note to the owner - the website repeatedly states that the check out time is 10.30pm, updating this would be helpful. Also as there is free WiFi in the rooms and not just the bar this might be useful to correct too.
Went there for Sunday lunch. The food was good and tasty and the staff were friendly. The menu is a bit limited, which is about the only negative comment I have. The place is nice and cozy and definitely on my list to visit again.
Outstanding little pub with amazing staff. I went in just as the lunch rush was happening and they informed us of the long wait time and asked if we were still okay to order. It was only 30 - 45 minutes, so I was happy to wait. The food was a huge portion for a good value. It's a shame that you cannot use any Greene King discounts, but it is a small pub so it's completely understandable. I'd highly recommend it and will eat there again in the future.
