Our steak night is a perfect way to end your working week; no cooking, no stress and no dishes (for you anyway). On arrival, you will be shown to your table where you can enjoy a glass of wine. Our steaks are minimum 28 days dry aged sirloin of pedigree Limousin beef from local farms and marts, sourced by Jim Higginson of W Peats of Barnard Castle and supplied to the Angel by JD Halls of Corbridge. You will be asked how you would like your steak cooked and it will come served to you with confit plum tomatoes, French beans and crispy shallots. You also get to choose from a selection of sides and sauces/ butters... all for just £25 pp.
