Called in to the bar as we got a bit stranded after missing our train. The barman was a star, he helped us with sorting a taxi, got us some drinks and chatted while we waited. When we're back we'll be back.
Didn't stay, only stopped for drinks. Nice pub, great big back garden with a beautiful view. Excellent!
Very nice people friendly made to feel at home. Real ale fantastic ,what more could I ask. Certainly 5 star from me.
Fantastic welcome and great hospitality. Friendly, helpful and accomodating staff. First time staying here. Great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast first class. Highly recommended.
Attended a couple of retirement do's here and never enough bar staff. Bottled lager prices are extortionate considering it is a free house and there's pllenty of choice elsewhere in the locale so would not go back under any circumstances.
