My flight was delayed, National Express from London to Bristol was delayed. Literally a nightmare. Even though I was very late, this guys didn’t charge me extra. Very professional. I will recommend this parking to all my friends. 👏👏👏🤝
Great location. Reasonable price. Pick ups were quick and easy. Friendly service. Didn't stay overnight due to our flight times, only used the car parking. Won't be using the airport parking again.
I have used the airport tavern parking service many times and cannot fault them. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is very close to the airport and you can walk it in 10 mins. Yesterday I picked my van up and the wheel had come loose just as I pulled into the parking lot. I had not realised that there were wheel nuts missing, there was a hole in the alloy and I had a flat. It literally happened as I pulled up. Basically the mechanic last week hadn’t done the wheel nuts up sufficiently. However the airport tavern staff were fabulous. They took pictures and parked my van as they could. They tried to inform me but unfortunately were unable to reach me. The staff working that night were very accommodating, friendly and polite. They put me at ease and I give the airport tavern parking 10/10. They were absolutely fabulous and will continue to use them 😀 Thank you guys for your help.
It was the worst experience ever! I left my car for a week to go on a short holiday, and it had about 60% battery charge. 3 days later, I got a notification that my battery was down to 20%, so I called the place to see what happened and they blamed me for leaving the lights on and said that they only park the cars. On my return, I was kept waiting in the rain in the middle of the night as their dirty minibus couldn't take more than 13 people at once. When, eventually, I got to the carpark, I was shocked to discover that my car was blocked in. It had a scratch on the wing, there was a 76 miles trip recorded while I was away. I went to check the footage my car recorded only to discover they went above and beyond and completely wiped out the memory of the 4 cameras in my car. I was asked to call the next day to talk to somebody about the scratch. After about 50 attempts where the line was busy, when I managed to talk to somebody, she told me to call back in 10 minutes. I managed to beg her to take my name and number and pass it on to Derek, who apparently was in charge, but he never called back. DO NOT USE! These people need to be shut down!
Never park here! It might be cheap but the staff are rude. I parked my car for a week and came back and there were scratches all down the sides on both sides. We confronted the staff and they denied it was damage caused by them… they then proceeded to tell me it was ‘in the contract’ they they don’t take responsibility for damages. They also told me not to come back. Spend the extra £20 and park at the airport. Your car will be much safer.
