Kaissa was super friendly and helped me with my allergies. Professional and lovely. To be a Sunday brunch was a bit quiet but the music was okay. The heat was super high and make as sweat a lot. But overall we enjoyed the time and the food.
The entire evening was great. My colleague and I totally enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be back and share the venue details. We even had the pleasure of a live band performing.
We had a set menu at a special offer including a drink. The service was excellent and staff made us feel welcome. The Korean wings was delicious and the sticky toffee pudding just hit the spot but the beef with the mash potatoes was nice but just had a little too much fat for me. Other than that I really enjoyed myself and would go again
Really hard to rate this place the service was super friendly and our waiter was very attentive in terms of topping up drinks etc but we waited an hour between our starter and main course. The starter was good, salmon chowder main was basically completely flavourless. The fish was well cooked but the chowder somehow tasted of nothing which was honestly impressive in itself. Dessert was fine. We came on a timeout deal so this feels like a classic case of vouchers=poorer food which is a shame. Like I said the staff were great and the atmosphere is very cool but I wouldn't risk coming back and paying full price based on my experience yesterday.
We recently visited 100 Wardour St Restaurant and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The food was a highlight – it was very good, with each dish showcasing quality and flavor. The ambiance of the place is impressive too; it’s very nicely designed, creating a pleasant and upscale atmosphere. However, the service left a lot to be desired. We encountered rudeness from the staff, which was a significant drawback in our dining experience. On the brighter side, the live entertainment was fantastic. The live band added a vibrant energy to the evening, and the DJ kept the mood lively. It was so enjoyable that we ended up staying very late, soaking in the fun atmosphere. Considering the excellent food and entertainment but poor service, I’m torn between giving a 4 or 5-star rating. But, acknowledging the importance of customer service in the overall dining experience, I lean towards a 4-star rating. It’s a great place for fun and food, but there’s room for improvement in hospitality.
