We spent a lovely Xmas Eve night here, and really enjoyed ourselves. The drinks are extremely reasonable, staff very welcoming. We didn't have any food but I hear that the food is great too.
Food was ok, plate was a little empty compared to a lot of places. Even the girlfriend cleared her plate. Very nice place to be and eat though
The Swan is a lovely country pub in the village of Ullesthorpe, Leics. Steve and his staff are always friendly, the beer is brilliant, I recommend Tribute which is nectar. The food is always beautifully cooked, don’t worry about leaving g hungry as the portion sizes are more than generous AND great value for money. I would count this as a “must visit” pub. Andy Keeble
Monday night Pie night. Was not disappointed at all. A very generous portion with what I thought was a lot of meat within the pie. I choose the lamb pie with garlic and tarragon mash. I would highly recommend and was very good value for money.
Had another wonderful night at The Swan Inn again last night. We had the beef ragu lasagne and the nasi goreng. It was amazing! The desserts delicious too. We has a slight wait due to the pub being so busy but it was definitely worth the wait and i would highly recommend it! The staff were always smiling which creates a great atmosphere. We will be going back again today for the Sunday lunch! Thank you very much!
