Best Sunday dinner we’ve had for a long time, probably the best ever in a pub. Excellent service, friendly staff and the new owner will make changes for the better. Looking forward to more improvements in the near future.

Best Pub Sunday Roast around. Everything done to perfection, piping hot, full of flavour. The roast carrots were magical. Will be coming back 👌
My mother in law (God rest her soul) made the best Sunday roast I've ever tasted, until I ate the three meat Sunday roast at the Sugar Loaf this weekend! What can I say?? Phenomenal! Perfectly cooked meat, generous portions, quality vegetables, the stuffing loaf was just superb! Extra roasties and gravy, pigs in blankets, all the sauces, including fresh apple sauce! Well done to the new landlord, Doug and his crew! You're doing a tremendous job!!
Food is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and happy atmosphere. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Can’t wait to come back
