We had Birre Moretti installed yesterday and it is beautiful. A great premium pint. Also new to the bar is Strongbow Dark Fruits Cider, much better than the bottled stuff! Tonight’s exclusive menu is all about hearty and warming food. Winter doesn’t seem to be lessening its grip so Nigel is in the kitchen making delicious dishes just for you. 12/02/2018 February — Plenty of news this week! Firstly, there will be no Dining Club this coming Thursday as I’m off to get a hip replacement on Wednesday 14th. All back to normal for Sunday lunch though, so get booked in. The new pub decor is going down really well with customers old and new, and apart from a little finishing off in the back vestibule, we are done and dusted. Come and have a look. Finally, don’t forget that we have now got Moretti in at only £4.30 a pint - it is delicious! I’ll be off work for the next six weeks or so, but I’ll be filling my time making great plans for the rest of the year. Keep an eye out. All the best, Ali. View story
