100 MILLION BEER MATS TO ENCOURAGE CONSUMERS TO SCORE THEIR DRINKS IN PUBS

The first batch of 100 million beer mats will start appearing in pubs over the next few weeks to help publicise useyourlocal.com’s new scoring service. Consumers can now rate both the pub and their drink using their mobile phones, or via the website at useyourlocal.com.

The scoring service was launched in July this year in partnership with some of the biggest drinks’ brand owners in the country; Heineken UK, Diageo and Coca-Cola Enterprises. Stuart Mills, founder of Useyourlocal.com says, “Being able to reach over 100 million people, at the precise moment they’re having a drink, is a fantastic way to get everyone scoring. We love pubs and we believe this will help make them even better places to be.”
