Called earlier today (2.30pm) for a last minute reservation expecting to be told they were fully booked, Lisa went out of her way to find me a suitable table that would be ready in the next half and hour. Really attentive service throughout, always get a nice welcome from Louise whenever we’re in as a family. All the staff are great and the excellent food is just a bonus. Thanks again, Matt, Amanda, Teddy & Desi.

We had a group of 21 adults at 1pm on a Sunday in December. From start to finish we all had a wonderful time, staff were very friendly and helpful. We had 4 people drop out in the 2 days leading up to the meal, including one on the day but it was all handled perfectly making my job as organiser very easy. We were given an area to ourselves, split over 2 large tables next to each other. The service was excellent and the food was great (including desserts). We all agreed it had been the perfect place for our get together. We were there from about 12.30- 3.30pm. Highly recommend the Village Inn for its food, it's ales and it's friendliness. We'll be back.

Delicious food available here. We came in for an early dinner on the weekend and sat in the garden. It was very lovely out there, great vibe. Food is a level above most pubs in the area and decent portions, but the food service was achingly slow.

Lovely pub . Great beer garden to the front with nice well kept seating area and umbrellas to keep off the sun or rain. Dog friendly in doors and out. Friendly staff and a good range of beers and lagers etc. What makes it stand out is the food. Good value and excellent quality really couldn't fault what we had and happy to recommend. Best meal we had while visiting North Norfolk. To sum up highly recommend you pop in for a chilled drink or a cracking meal.
