We had the cheese burger. At £14 we expected more. The burger was brand and dry. The whole burger was on the small side. Chips seemed to be no different to frozen chips and portion size was small. Disappointed as last time thus place was under different management and although the burger was £18 it was so much better. Nice atmosphere and good service but food for that price let's it down. Prob won't go again.

Really good beer garden which has a park at the back. A very posh place for a bite to eat, it is well worth the money that you spend here! There is disabled toilets and disabled access. There is limited parking here occasional parking on the high street but there is parking in the Burghley center then just walk over. Probably one of the best pubs in Bourne.

Smiths used to be a fabulous place when Mick Thurlby owned it, but since the new owners have taken over it has gone down hill and fast. We went for lunch today and was told there would be a 45 minute for food, fair enough for telling me. It then took 90 minutes to get scampi & chips and a steak sandwich. The sandwich was the saddest looking thing I have seen in a long time! I only saw 3 members of staff there and they didn’t have the time to empty any tables with dirty dishes everywhere.

Visited for a kids birthday meal with the family. 6 of us eating, they are currently offering food 50% off! The customer service was fairly slack, from entering to leaving we spent a good 90 mins! Both myself and my wife both had the rib eye, medium well, it was fantastic, kids had mix of beef burger, chicken burger all day breakfast bap, all the buns were burnt as you can see. Over all the food was good, but like I previously mentioned, the service was a little slow. Drinks seemed pricey, nearly £10 for a cider and pint of lager. Worth a visit even just for the 50% off food.
