Family friendly pub, great food, friendly staff and excellent entertainment.
This stone built pub has a central bar covering two drinking areas along with the former stables to the rear of the pub courtyard. There is a mixed age range, with youth in the majority at weekends when it is busy and lively, but there are plenty of bar staff. All major sporting events are shown on wall mounted TV screens and there are occasional live music nights. Good value food is served lunchtime Monday to Friday.
