Really atmospheric pub with a great barman.
Barry runs an excellent pub - full of atmosphere and good beer.
Barry the Landlord was an excellent host for our two evenings drinking late in Charlbury. The pub is very comfortable with great beers on tap and the group was made very welcome. It’s unmissable on a trip to Charlbury. Will remember Barry very fondly and hope to meet him again soon
This is a great little pub with a friendly welcome and warm atmosphere. Well worth popping in for a pint of well kept beer. No food is served, so landlord provides plates and cutlery for the local Indian takeaway (this is a rare example of this great combination in Oxfordshire!)
