Impromptu stop here for lunch today. Lovely pub, welcoming staff and cracking food. Steak baguette was AWESOME ! 💕
What a lovely little hidden gem 💎 we went on a Thursday, steak night we had two beautiful steaks, cooked to perfection!🤤 And all the trimmings and a bottle of wine all for £34.00 super value for money, lovely friendly and efficient staff, a lovely cosy little family run pub 😍 we will definitely be back !
Very average pub. Went for Saturday dinner, was busy but more full of teens and the atmosphere was OK but nothing great. Food was edible but my friend who had the chicken pie said it was awful. I had the burger which was good at the time really, we also had ribs which were fine but the fries were not good and the onion rings were huge but mainly made of the skin of the onion which was weird. Good place for a drink but wouldn't recommend for food unless you're really hungry and there's nothing else.
Stopped for Sunday lunch. Dog allowed in bar, nice open fire. No veggie option but husband had gammon and he enjoyed it. Great value.
The best pub meal we have ever had. Super child friendly with outstanding food and a brilliant pint. The waiter who served us, Kyle, went above and beyond. He is an absolute credit to the pub.
