When stopping at the caravan site up the rd , we always pop in to the gate for a couple . Landlord very friendly as are the locals . Not eaten in here but the Indian restaraunt adjoing smells lovely .
We were stopping just down the road for the weekend and popped in for a few drinks. The 2 ladies behind the bar were both lovely and the locals were welcoming and friendly. We booked in the next night for a curry which was the best curry I have ever had. Well worth a visit

Family had Sunday Carvery, tasty meal and good value for money. Friendly staff and service. Highly recommended. Remember to book atable.
Staying for easter weekend near to this pub and decided to visit today. Whilst we were there we ordered a delivery for the evening from the Moubourne Indian Restaurant (three separate meals but for the same family) When it arrived, they said it wasn’t paid for and when we resolved the issue that it was paid for prior in the restaurant they drove off without dropping off the other two parts of the order, with the other one sat going cold. There had been zero communication between the restaurant and drivers. This has put us off ordering food from them again!
